The 8th Scientific Congress of the Vietnam Association of Orthodontists (VAO 2026) will be held from March 20 to March 22, 2026, in Da Nang, Vietnam. This annual flagship event gathers leading orthodontic experts from Vietnam and around the world, featuring in-depth scientific sessions, updates on contemporary orthodontic trends, and valuable academic exchange opportunities.
To facilitate participation, the Organizing Committee applies flexible registration fees for VAO 2026 based on registration periods and participant categories, along with attractive early-bird and group discounts.
Registration Fees for VAO 2026 Scientific Congress (March 20–22, 2026)
Early-bird registration fees (valid until February 10, 2026)
During the early-bird period, VAO/HAO members are offered a preferential fee of 6,000,000 VND. For non-VAO/HAO members, the registration fee is 7,000,000 VND. Domestic students and international dental students benefit from a reduced fee of 5,000,000 VND. The registration fee for international dentists is 7,000,000 VND.
Registration fees from February 11 to March 10, 2026
After the early-bird deadline, registration fees increase according to participant categories. VAO/HAO members are subject to a fee of 7,000,000 VND, while non-VAO/HAO members and international dentists are charged 8,000,000 VND. Domestic and international students are subject to a fee of 6,000,000 VND.
On-site registration fees
For late or on-site registration, fees increase further. VAO/HAO members are charged 8,000,000 VND, non-VAO/HAO members and international dentists are charged 9,000,000 VND, and domestic and international students are charged 7,000,000 VND.
Gala Dinner registration fee (Evening of March 21, 2026)
The Gala Dinner is a special networking event within the VAO 2026 program. The registration fee for Gala Dinner participants is 1,500,000 VND when registered by February 10, 2026. After this date, the fee will increase to 2,000,000 VND.
Early-bird and Group discount policies
Early-bird discount
Participants who register before February 10, 2026 can save between 22% and nearly 30% compared with on-site registration fees, while enjoying the same participation benefits. This is the most attractive individual offer for VAO 2026 attendees.
Group discount
To encourage participation from institutions, training centers, and clinics, the Organizing Committee offers group discounts. Groups of 10 participants or more receive a 10% discount on total registration fees, while groups of 50 participants or more receive a 20% discount. The number of groups eligible for discounts is limited.

Registration fees will increase progressively by phase, therefore participants are strongly encouraged to register early to secure the most favorable rate and better plan their attendance.
